You can find a list of the services, facilities and outlets provided in the left hand menu on this page – choose between outlets in the main concourse, as you enter the Airport Terminal and in the Departure Lounge, situated on the first floor.

London City Airport is a smoke free zone, but there is a designated passenger smoking area located outside the terminal building. Please look out for the 'This is a smoking area' signage.
London City Airport is situated just 10 miles (16km) from the West End (the major shopping centre) and Westminster (location of main government offices), six miles (10km) from the City of London (the financial district) and three miles (5km) from Canary Wharf (London's newest business and financial centre).

Heathrow Airport

The Heathrow airport has four terminals. All Heathrow’s Domestic flights operate from terminal 1. For European destinations, most of fights depart from terminal 2. While majority airlines operating from Terminal 3 and terminal 4 fly to long-haul destinations. Terminals 1, 2 & 3 are all located in the centre of the airport and are within walking distance of each other via underground walkways. Terminal 4 is located on the south side of the airport, and can be reached from Terminals 1, 2 & 3 via the free inter-terminal transfer service on the Heathrow Express train, which takes approximately eight minutes.

Luton Airport

Luton Airport is located on the edge of the town of Luton in Bedfordshire approximately 30 miles north of London. The airport is 3 km from junction 10a of the M1 motorway which runs southwards to London, northwards to Leeds and connects to theM25 motorway. It is the fourth largest airport serving the London area .

London Luton Airport is popular with business and leisure travellers, with almost 90% of passengers flying from the airport on scheduled flights (most of them to UK or European destinations). It handled 9.42 million passengers in 2006 and acts as a hub for a number of low cost airlines.

You can get to and from Luton Airport by a variety of methods including Private Luton Airport Transfers. With a Private Transfer you would be met in the arrivals hall by your own driver who will then take you on to your chosen destination.

There are a number of car hire companies based at the airport. The hire car centre is not in the terminal building. A free shuttle bus operated by NCP will transfer you to the car hire centre and return. If you are disabled or have special needs and need to get to the car hire companies, speak to a member of staff of the NCP who have a desk in the Arrivals Area. Check our website for full details of the above and of executive chauffeur and limousine hire.

 London Gatwick Airport

London Gatwick Airport has been around for over 70 years and it has always been ahead of its time. Its first innovation was a direct link for passengers between the airport and the nearby rail station. 20 years later its second innovation was to build a covered pier from the terminal to aircraft stands, which became a standard feature of airport design.
In 1931 what is now known as London Gatwick Airport was a private airfield owned by Home Counties Aviation Services. Serious development was later carried out and the first terminal, together with taxiways and aprons, was opened in 1936. Passengers arriving by train could walk into the airport through subways and covered walkways.
